On a recent trip to Anne Miller's, I picked up some special-ordered A la mode. While I couldn't get Akira's bra or Karin's glasses (or panties), I got what I ordered.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I couldn't get the plugin to work with Grapholic.  So you may have to go with door #2 here.
